The Pastor

Pastor Joseph Trombetta

Joseph (Joe) Trombetta has been serving in the ministry since 1983.  Reverend Trombetta's philosophy of ministry centers around the marks of a true church, namely the faithful proclamation of Holy Scripture, the proper administration of the Sacraments, and the implementation of church discipline.  In addition to his ministry, Reverend Trombetta works as a Hospice Chaplain for Ascend Hospice.  He is married.

The Session

Elder Michael Richards

In addition to serving as an ordained Elder since 1998, Michael Richards is the President of the Board of Trustees for the church, as well as the Clerk of Session.  Elder Richards has been a member of Immanuel OPC since 1991.  He is married and has two sons.​

Elder Sammie Davis

In January of 2016, Sammie Davis was ordained as an Elder.  In addition to serving as an Elder, Sammie Davis is the Secretary of the Board of Trustees for the church.  Elder Davis served as a Deacon and has been a member of Immanuel OPC since 2000.  He is married and has two children.

The Diaconate

Deacon Joseph Betts

As of October 2017, Joseph Betts was ordained as a Deacon.  In addition to serving as a Deacon, Joseph Betts has been a member of the Board of Trustees for the church and has performed the duties of the Sexton of Immanuel OPC since 1990.  He is married.
