Welcome!

ChurchAre you looking for a church where the Bible is sincerely believed and taught?

Then you are looking for us. We believe that the Bible is the inerrant, infallible Word of God. Consequently, we seek to draw all of our teaching regarding doctrine and practice from the Bible.

Are you looking for a church that believes the Bible teaches a system of doctrine?

Then you are looking for us. We adopt The Westminster Confession of Faith, The Larger and Shorter Catechisms as teaching the system of doctrine taught in the Bible. This system is sometimes called the Reformed Faith. A copy of the Westminster Shorter Catechism is available to you on request.

Are you looking for a church that honors Jesus Christ?

Then you are looking for us. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Eternal Son of God, who, without ceasing to be God, became man for us and our salvation. We believe that He was born into the world of a virgin, that He lived a perfect life as the representative of His people; that He suffered and died on the cross to save His people from their sins and to reconcile them to God; that He ascended into heaven to rule and reign over all things for His people and that He rules and reigns over all things now; and that He is coming again to judge the world and to receive into glory all those who put their trust in Him.

Are you looking for a church that teaches salvation by faith in Christ?

Then you are looking for us. We believe that justification before God is by faith alone in Christ alone. No one can earn or merit salvation by good works. It must be received as a gift through faith in the finished work of Christ. Our good works are the result of our being saved, not the cause. So then, a true believer can be sure of his salvation, not because of what the believer does, but because of what Christ has done. Christ died upon the Cross that we might truly be forgiven.

Are you looking for a church that separates itself from the general drift of most denominations?

Then you are looking for us. Our congregation is part of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, which is a small nationwide denomination. At the present time, we have 17 churches in New Jersey and 3 mission works. We are part of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church because of its devotion to the Bible and Historic Presbyterianism.

Are you looking for a church that takes worship seriously?

Then you are looking for us. We believe worship is a serious and important activity, something that takes place in the presence of the Holy God. The acceptable way of worshipping God is limited and controlled by God Himself in the Holy Scriptures.
